ProTrans Proudly Welcomes New COO, Mike Pena

Indianapolis, IN – April 1, 2022. ProTrans announced today that Mike Pena has been appointed new COO of the company. An experienced business leader, Mike will succeed Chris Blunk and assume responsibilities later this month.

Mike has over 28 years of logistics and management experience including fields like operations, planning, warehousing, and quality assurance. He has had significant experience managing organizations across the globe from North, South, and Central America to Australia. Recently, he has held the title of Head of Business Process Optimization for DHL eCommerce and Senior Director Performance Management Americas for Excel/DHL Supply chain.

“Mike has the knowledge and leadership that will make him extremely successful here at ProTrans,” said CEO, Luis Erana. “We are excited to use his leadership to help grow and perfect ProTrans worldwide operations.”

Mike’s academic training involves degrees in language, history, and government from Bowdoin College, Six Sigma Black belt training from Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, and Leadership studies from the DHL International Business and Leadership Program.

Mike has expressed his excitement at the future of ProTrans Holdings and is eager to bring his unique skillset to ProTrans operations.
